Advanced Pharmaceutical Consultants, Inc is a pharmacy management company that specializes in behavioral health and drug treatment centers by providing pharmacists, technicians, automation as well as expertise. We are currently seeking a licensed, experienced, hospital trained Pharmacy Technician to join our team at a behavioral health facility in the Battle Creek, MI area.

*This is for a part-time position, 14 hours/weekend, Saturday and Sunday, 7 hours each day, day shift. Alternating weekends*
* Experience with Automated Dispensing Machines Preferred.
* Hospital Experience preferred.
* National certification preferred
* Licensed as pharmacy technician in Michigan

SKILLS
* Unit dosing of oral medications
* Placing orders with vendors, verifying receipt
* Removing outdated drugs
* Proven experience as pharmacy technician
* Knowledge of medication and dosage measurement
* Knowledge of pharmacy law and medical terminology
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Successful completion of a pharmacy technician program preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Experience:
* hospital pharmacy technician: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
