  • Surgical floor Cardiovascular Unit 001 (11000) 4N is a 45 bed surgical unit.
  • Main patient population is trauma surgery, post bariatric surgery, post abdominal surgery, post amputation surgery, urological issues, etc.
  • Also takes overflow medically and cardiac.
    • Job Requirements
    • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
    • Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
    • Ascension Specialty Exam must be completed prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years thereafter with minimum 80% passing score.
    • Ascension Color Vision completed prior to start and updated every 3 years.
    • HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics completed within a year of start updated yearly with minimum 80% score.
    • Ascension EKG Exam completed with a passing score of at least 80% prior to start.
    • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) completed prior to start.
    • Health Statement updated annually.
    • Documentation of vaccination series completion or declination signed and dated.
    • Ascension Criminal Background Check Results run within 30 days of first assignment.
    • Ascension Skills Checklist to be completed within one year of start, updated annually.
    • Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen completed prior to start.
