Job Description:
A company is looking for a remote Health Coach to provide
virtual health coaching services to college students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver health coaching sessions focused on members' unique needs
and goals
Document encounters in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and
maintain professional rapport with members
Develop personalized health coaching plans and collaborate with
members to create SMART goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health, psychology, or a related field
Current health coach certification from a recognized
organization
3+ years of experience providing health coaching services
Access to a computer with a webcam, phone, and reliable internet
connection
Experience in coaching on nutrition, physical activity, sleep
improvement, and stress management
