Job Description:

The Plant Manager is responsible for the entire operations of the manufacturing plant. This includes the management and coordination of daily activities to always ensure high performance and production.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure efficient workflow, effective team coordination, and optimal use of resources.

Seek out and engage in continuous management and leadership learning opportunities and skills improvement

Lead and enforce all facility safety programs, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and fostering a culture of safety awareness across all levels of the plant.

Ensure high-quality production standards are consistently met, aligning with customer specifications and delivery schedules to maintain customer satisfaction.

Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing manufacturing processes, reducing waste, and increasing operational efficiency.

Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and production output goals, using data to identify trends and implement corrective actions when needed.

Create and execute labor plans based on current and projected production needs, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and efficient workforce utilization.



REQUIREMENTS:

Proven ability to mentor and develop individuals for future leadership positions.

Proven Professionalism and maturity when dealing with employees.

Experience in leading large groups of people across several different production shifts

Proven track record of leading and maintaining continuous/process improvement initiatives.

Develop a strong collaborative culture among all teams.
