Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer - UX.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve challenging issues on the platform
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success
Provide guidance on prioritizing workflows and maintain efficient case management

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in engineering or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
Deep troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues
Experience with SaaS products, web application stack components, and SQL databases
Hands-on experience in Java coding or troubleshooting
Ability to work outside normal business hours as needed
